This is a Google server policy issue, not Huawei.

The phone is working normally.

Just follow the 3 steps and it will work.
If the users cannot log in to their Google account using microG or GBox.
They see this message:
“A communication error with Google servers”
🔍 Why does this happen?
This is not a phone problem and not an app bug.
How to Fix (3 Easy Steps)
Step 1
On the error page, tap OK Then try to log in again
Step 2 (if still not working)

Go to Settings

Tap Apps & services → Apps

Find microG Services → tap it
-
Tap Force Stop
-
Go back and find GBox
-
Tap Force Stop
Step 3
Open GBox again
Try to log in to Google one more time
⚠ Important Warning
Do NOT turn ON this option:
Settings → Apps & services → Apps → microG Services → microG settings → Google Account → “Authenticate with device registration”
🚫 Keep this OFF
If you turn it ON, Google login will fail again.
