How can I activate my ENBDX Smart Pass?

If you're experiencing issues with Smart Pass activation, such as the "Open Your Android App" button continuously loading or receiving a session timeout error after entering the OTP, follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

Please note that Step 4 is crucial.

 Step 1: Click “Activate Smart Pass” and select “Go to Your Email.”


Step 2: Choose your preferred email app (Email or Gmail).


Step3: Open the email and click “Verify Your Email.”

 


Step 4 VERY IMPORTANT

DO NOT CLICK “OPEN ANDRIOD APP.” Instead, re-open the ENBD X app, and you will see the message to enter your OTP.
