Some users may face issues with apps like Gmail, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Google Drive, or Google Docs, such as loading screens, “Can’t refresh,” or the app not opening the enterprise login page.
Reason:
GBox version 1.8.2.5 and earlier does not support enterprise account login for some apps.
Solution:
Ask the user to update GBox to version 1.8.3.0 or later.
Steps to guide the user:
- Open AppGallery
- Search for GBox
- Tap Update
- Open GBox
- Tap Enterprise Login
- Select the required app, such as Gmail, Classroom, or Meet
- Tap Open
- Sign in using the enterprise account
Important reminder:
Personal Google accounts and enterprise accounts are separate. Even if the user already signed in with a personal Google account in GBox, they still need to sign in again for the enterprise account.
If the update is not available yet, please ask the user to check AppGallery again later.
