Issue: Pak Identity – Device Not Compatible

If Google Play shows “Your device isn’t compatible with this version” for Pak Identity, follow these steps:

Solution:

1. Open GBox.

2. Tap the Menu icon in the top-right corner.

3. Select Settings.

4. Tap Reset virtual machine.

5. Tap Confirm.

6. Sign in to Google Play again.

7. Search for Pak Identity and install the app.

Note: Resetting the virtual machine will clear the existing Google Play data inside GBox, so you will need to sign in to your Google account again.
