To understand each benefit detail to respond to consumer FAQs with accurate information.   

Purchase Eligibility -                                                                   

  • Available at HUAWEI Stores Online and offline  
  • New devices or within 15 days of device purchase .

Accidental Damage Protection -

 •Comprehensive coverage for physical damages due to accidental falling, compressing, crashing, or liquid damages.

 Extended Warranty -

  • Extends manufacturing warranty by One year 
  • Exclusive to 2-year and 3-year HUAWEI Care+.

Battery Replacement -

 •Exclusive to 2-year and 3-year HUAWEI Care+ 

  • Battery health must be below 85% 
  • Replacement done during the last year of coverage.  

 Freebuds Damage & Loss Protection -

 •Replacement of a single damaged Earbud or Charging case 

  • In case of loss, Customers get only a new single earbud at a 50% discount.

Lifetime software support -

  • covers all software related issues such as 
  • Apps download, software bugs and updates.  

Low Service Fees -

The customer needs to pay 75AED +VAT as service fees for each repair claim except for MateX3 and Golden watch service fee is 500AED + VAT.  

Spare Parts Quality -

 •Only HUAWEI original parts are used. 

  • Spare parts include 3 months warranty. 
  • Maintains original and added warranty.

Service Claim -

 •Only through HUAWEI authorized service centers 

  • and authorized retail stores.
