- Battery health must be below 85%
- Replacement done during the last year of coverage.
Freebuds Damage & Loss Protection -
•Replacement of a single damaged Earbud or Charging case

Lifetime software support -

Low Service Fees -
The customer needs to pay 75AED +VAT as service fees for each repair claim except for MateX3 and Golden watch service fee is 500AED + VAT.
