
If you can’t log into your Google account, please try these steps:
1. Return to the GBox homepage, open the Google Play Store, and attempt to log in again.
2. If that doesn’t work, click the brush icon in the top right corner of the GBox to clear processes. Then, open the Google Play Store and try logging in again.

If your issue is still unresolved, please follow these steps:
1. Open the GBox homepage.
2. Click the 3-bar button in the top right corner.

3. Select "Settings."
4. Choose "Reset Virtual Machine" and confirm your selection.
After completing these steps, you should be able to sign in to Google Play with your account again.
