Problem
After the HUAWEI Health app for iOS is installed, various features become unavailable on the Me screen, such as activity, K-points, levels, groups, Fitness reports, plans, medals, and achievements. In addition, there's no login entry after going to Me > Nickname.
Cause
Your SIM card may have failed to identify the current country/region, and the region set on your phone system (such as the United States, Cuba, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Iran) does not support cloud services. As a result, the HUAWEI Health app enters the cloud-free mode after installation.
Solution
Uninstall the HUAWEI Health app, remove your SIM card, go to Settings on your phone, search for and select Language and region, set Region to one that supports cloud services, and reinstall the HUAWEI Health app. Ensure the app features have become available again (which should be the case), and then insert your SIM card.
Steps to Sync Data Before Uninstalling HUAWEI Health:
1. Open the HUAWEI Health App.
2. Go to Me > Privacy management.
3. Toggle on:
- Sync personal info to Cloud
- Sync Fitness data to Cloud
- Sync Health data to the Cloud
4. Go back to the Me screen.
5. Tap Settings > Sync data manually.
6. Tap Sync and wait until the progress reaches 100%.
