What should I do if I encounter a black screen, white screen, lagging, or slow performance while using apps (such as Play Store) in GBox?

A black/white screen appears after clicking on the Google Play Store:

Please open the homepage of GBox, click the small brush icon located in the top right corner of the GBox to clear application processes, then open Apps in GBox again.
